Do not waste your money on this overpriced place. Very transient, bikes stolen in "secure" garage. Crack pipes and beer cans around building. In response to COVID-19, office hours and walk-in appointments may be limited.

The back up generators they had shut down multiple times every day during those 3 months, so power outages become regular occurrence. They did not reduce our rent when this took place. They did not take any responsibility for these thefts and were not able to provide any kind of security footage to resolve reoccurring issue. Lots of other little things that turned me off of this place such as rude front desk. Though they did just replace almost all their staff so I am not as sure about this new group.
